We are in the midst of a most amazing time in the world history on Planet Earth.

We are opening to more consciousness, our bodies change, DNA changes, our vibration is lifted, the old is purged; we celebrate the new.

It is also Solstice time which happens twice a year. Cultures and tribes have been honoring Solstice throughout history.

This is not NEW but what is New is where we currently stand in world history, taking back our minds, bodies and lives, breaking free from Illusion, Oppression, Poverty Consciousness, Disease, Mind Manipulation to old conditioning, to emerge and live as the Highest Expression of our Beings.

The Collective Human Design of December and the Solstice will take each person individually and collectively to new heights, if willing. We always have choice. To raise our consciousness and allow all this happen harmoniously or resist it.

How do you know when you are in resistance?

Sometimes we know instantly that we are in resistance, and sometimes we only become aware days even weeks, months later. Why does that happen, the delay? Because on some level we have aligned with resistance, agree with it, feel the need for it to protect us from whatever our mind has identified with.

It is through information and listening to other perspectives that we open to new awareness and are able to stop colluding and recognize the resistance.

What could be some clues that you might be in resistance?

Body cues: How does your body feel? Our body feel rigid when we are in resistance, stiff, and is on alert.

Notice your body temperature. Some people become flush with heat and others turn stone cold.

Are you speaking more quickly then usual or slower then usual?

What are your facial expressions? Many people have a stoic look when in resistance, a serious look or a fake smile. Rarely is one in resistance smiling, laughing, bouncing around.

Does the word “No” fly out of your mouth quickly in reaction?

Is there a little voice inside that says: Hey why not listen to that information? What if that worked? Why don’t you check it out?

Or a voice within that may be strained, loud or aggressive that says: No way.

Digestion could be off and causing upset stomach, constipation or frequent moving.


Tossing and turning at night.

Weird dreams during which, the subconscious mind is trying to process what is happening, perhaps justifying the resistance. These types of dreams usually occur early in the sleep state.

Obstacles on the way of your dreams and desires.

And above all, the biggest clue to noticing that you are in resistance is when there is no natural flow in your life and you are not manifesting that very event, situation, item, circumstance you desire.

Resistance is an indicator of our consciousness and or the effect of the energetic changes around us. However, with awareness and when we slow down, we are in a far better position to receive energetic downloads and DNA activation that help our vibration shift to a higher dimension and make shifting through change a much easier journey.

Everything that exists in the universe is made of energy that constantly vibrates, and moves in cycles, and the collective consciousness is one of the most impressive cycles to observe.

Human thoughts, emotions, feelings, beliefs, values, are currently shifting at an incredibly fast speed. The intense energy surrounding Earth, mostly due to solar activity, is generating a shift toward a mass-awakening, whereby as a collective, we are becoming more consciously alert and aware of ourselves and others, as well as the positive and negative effects we have on the outer world.

We can discover new friendships on the same ideals and passions and find our “soul tribes.” We become aware that thoughts can shift vibrations and reality. Compassion, acceptance, unity, and unconditional love are valued, and a healthy diet and lifestyle become highly important. We seek soul purpose and passion, and we often feel alone.

The intense transformational periods can bring mind-opening awakenings and reconnect us to internal and external universal knowledge and wisdom.

To ensure we resonate with this higher energy and to better deal with the outer reality changes we need to allow our bodies to rest and take time from our busy schedules to do the following:

  • Drink plenty of filtered water (not tap water)

  • Take saltwater baths

  • Meditate and remain aware of reoccurring thoughts and feelings

  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol

  • Spend time in nature

  • Consume high vibrational foods such as fruit and vegetables

  • Remind yourself that everything in the universe is made up of energy and that conscious thought and intention can instantly alter how we think and feel.

  • Breathe deeply, forgive, release, and surrender

  • Practice kindness, compassion, acceptance, and empathy

  • When possible, temporarily disconnect from technology and anything or anyone where the energy is toxic and draining
